You're Just Lucky I'm Not Performing Live: Next Time, For Sure. - video performance

I know how to force you to accept that you exist. I can offer you an alternative to living in a bubble because I live the alternative.Come in and see if you can handle it. As soon as I have finished you have to go back to the way it is out there. And if that notion is a comfortable one for you, then I fear for you. When you leave the space, it’s lost. But you can come back to it anytime you need to, because I’ll keep working for us. I'm your all access pass to escaping from escapism.

Contains minor nudity & violent imagery.

Hannah McDougall

 Inherant Nature - film

Silence, shock, life drained out of viewer, its too long, laughing, embarrassed laughing, confusion between shock and laughter.

 Emotional Rollercoasters - temporary sculpture/installation

(via Skype from Melbourne)

The establishment of ‘Emotional Rollercoasters’ - a permanent large scale art installation site which houses an ongoing collaborative artwork functioning as a theme park where each artwork takes the form of a viscerally experienced, conceptually realised ride.

What do ethics have to do with us? - podcast launch & discussion

On the occasion of the launch of the first Performance Ethics Working Group podcasts and in rejection of the premise that audiences are passive spectators we invite you to join us in an active conversation about what power and ethical responsibility audiences have.

The University Without Conditions is a free university. By free, we mean free of conditions. We are a self-organising collective, without ties to Government or corporations. Part of us, the Performance Ethics Working Group has been talking to people about ethics and performance for the last two years, and now we're ready to go public.

Bears - a film about a father and son's wayward journey. They move into a government housing estate following the suicide of 'Mumma Bear'.'Papa Bear' is an angry and sad alcoholic who struggles to deal with life and the desertion of his partner.

Zombie Bastards From Hell - a faux-grindhouse comedy in the style of Rodriguez and Tarantino. Follow Beaumont Mcdiggery as he chases revenge against the scumbag sheriff 'Franky Terrain AKA The Boss' after the murder of his dog and best friend. Mutt. Filled with bizarre characters and ultra-violence. A deliberate B-Grade movie which is sure to get a good laugh.
